Therapist

A therapist provides therapeutic services to individuals and families. This role focuses on delivering mental health support, counseling, and intervention to clients, helping them manage emotional and psychological challenges. The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and skilled in various therapeutic modalities, dedicated to improving clients’ mental well-being and quality of life.

1. Therapeutic Services:
   • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and strengths.
   • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
   • Provide therapy and counseling services using evidence-based practices.
   • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
2. Collaboration and Coordination:
   • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and other collaborative efforts.
   • Advocate for clients’ needs and provide referrals to additional services when appropriate.
3. Documentation and Compliance:
   • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with agency policies and professional standards.
   • Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
   • Participate in regular supervision and clinical reviews.
4. Professional Development:
   • Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health therapy and best practices.
   • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
   • Adhere to ethical standards and maintain professional boundaries.

• Education:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licenses/Cerfications:
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent required.
• Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms for documentation.
• Other Requirements:
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Willingness to travel for home visits.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must be 21+
